Activities and club sites
The Axiom, a showcase magazine for prose, poetry, photographs and art work from the Trinity community.
The Green Cross is a service-oriented club. The goals of the club are 1) to provide opportunities for students to come together to serve the community and 2) to educate club members about issues surrounding the service projects they complete.
In the past, club members have worked at Wayside Christian Mission, provided child care at Casa Latina and completed landscaping and repair work at River Valley Cemetery. The Green Cross and Trinity Campus Ministry also sponsor a week-long spring break service trip to Camp Victor in Mississippi. The trip to Camp Victor has become an annual trip for Trinity to continue the work of post-Katrina reconstruction. Some years a summer international service trip to Central America also will be offered.
Green Cross meetings are held about once a month. For those participating in service trips, meetings will be more frequent, in particular as the dates for the trip(s) approach.
